  • We recommend cleaning both pre-filters every 2~4 weeks. You can also open the covers to check their condition and clean them as needed to maintain optimal performance.

  • No. Large particles like lint, pet and human hair are captured by the washable pre-filter, reducing buildup on the main HEPA filter and helping it last longer. Replace the main filter when needed.

  • Not right away. Before the first use, turn the unit upside down and open the bottom cover to remove the power adapter. Then take the filter out of its plastic packaging, reinstall the filter and cover, and you’ll be ready to power it on.

  • To ensure optimal performance: 1. Place the unit at least 8 in (20 cm) away from walls or curtains. 2. Select the appropriate fan speed based on your room’s air quality. 3. Let the purifier run for 30~60 minutes and monitor the results.

  • This air purifier can help minimize common household smells, but it may not fully eliminate them. For best results, place the unit near the source of the smell for more effective performance.
