ANCIENT CRAFT
For over a thousand years, Murano Glass objects have been made in small artisan workshops and factories in Murano, Italy. The master glass-maker crafts each item by hand, melting glass in a furnace or under a flame, then blowing, shaping, decorating, and polishing until the desired design is achieved.
