- Bedford Blend - Our flagship espresso at our original Williamsburg shop and roastery. Bedford is comprised of two of our oldest sourcing relationships, the coffees from which merge to create an incredibly delicious and complex experience.
- Flavor Profile - A medium roast espresso blend with notes of marmalade, pomegranate, and brown sugar. Look for ripe stone fruits, citrus brightness, and a beautifully syrupy body. Amazing on its own as an espresso or try it in a cortado.
- Freshly Roasted Coffee - We believe fresh coffee matters, so we put the roast date on all our 12oz bags. Our coffee stays fresh for 180 days and is best if brewed within 2 weeks of opening.
- Roasted in NYC - Open since 2012, our flagship cafe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn serves as the hub of all things Partners. Visit us there or in our other cafes in Manhattan and Long Island City for freshly brewed NY coffee.
- Sip With Confidence - We submit our coffees to third-party food safety labs for testing of heavy metals, mold, and mycotoxins, including ochratoxin A (OTA) and aflatoxin. Coffee that meets our strict internal quality and safety specs moves on to roasting.
Partners Coffee is built on the strength of our relationships at origin. We sustainably source our green coffee at non-commodity prices from producers we know and trust.
These extraordinary lots are then developed as individual components of our mainstay blends, or celebrated in their entirety as limited-time offerings in our single-origin program.

To pay homage to our neighborhood in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the Bedford blend was crafted with trendsetters in mind.
This complex, lively espresso packs notes of pomegranate acidity, caramel sweetness, and an orange marmalade finish. It's perfect for coffee nerds and novices alike.

Our Story
We got our start in 2012 by roasting incredible coffee, sourced from sustainable relationships with producers around the world, out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn cafe & roastery. Since then we've been working hard to expand the Partners experience across a product line-up that features things like cold brew cans, subscriptions, and rotating single-origin coffees.

We recognize our responsibility to help build a sustainable supply chain that ensures access to specialty grade coffee, allowing our growing partners the financial security to improve upon their quality of life year after year. By pledging to purchase non-commodity priced coffee, we are helping build a secure supply while simultaneously allowing our growing partners to invest in their local communities
