Apply Adhesive: For short-term wear (1-2 days), peel and apply an adhesive tab to your natural nail. For longer-lasting wear (up to a week), apply a small, even drop of nail glue to your natural nail. 
Press and Secure: Carefully align the press on nail at the base of your cuticle and press down firmly. Hold in place with steady pressure for about 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
