How to Make Chai

  1. Heat one pint of milk and one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  2. Add 3 level teaspoons of Chai tea and six sugar cubes, or sweeten to taste.
  3. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  4. Strain into mugs or a teapot and enjoy.
