How often to wash?
- General protection - every 2nd month or after each accident
- Allergy prevention - every month or when allergies flare up.
- Bedbug protection - keep on infested box spring for at least 1 year to ensure bed bugs die from starvation.
(Helpful tip - Wash and dry before first use to maximize softness and absorbency.)
- Washing - Machine wash separately in cool water with a mild detergent (no bleaching agents).
- Drying - Tumble dry on a low or no heat setting with sheets or towels. For allergy sufferers, line dry in direct sunlight to naturally kill allergens left in the cover after the wash cycle.
- Wash and dry unzipped with material side facing out.
- Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
